    運動運動

    吃中藥來調養身體已經好一陣子
    只是最近早上睡醒時我的兩條小腿都會漲到痛
    以往我只有在MC快來時才會有腳容易水腫的狀況
    可是這次這樣的情形持續了將近兩星期
    漲到痛的感覺很不好受
    我也控制自己睡前喝水的量
    並且每日按摩
    只是效果並不是那麼的好
    所以昨天去看中醫時問了醫生
    醫生說我的身體還是有水氣所以才會這樣
    我問他跟怎麼辦
    他笑笑的說~運動運動,出去散步或是去爬山都可以
    所以~運動運動 我要運動去了開懷大笑
